Software Developer (m/f/d) – Tenerife

About the role

As a Software Developer at TecAlliance you will join our Tenerife office to design, build and maintain innovative software solutions that support our strategic goals and evolving business needs. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with international teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software components using C#, Java, Go, Python or Angular.
• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into clean, efficient code.
• Write, test and debug code, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support system performance, resolve defects and assist with architecture enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 2‑5 years of professional software development experience in an Agile setting.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional, international teams.
