Software Engineer – Full‑Stack (Java/TypeScript)

About the role

The Workshop is looking for a versatile Software Engineer to help build high‑performance, full‑stack applications that serve hundreds of thousands of daily users. You will join a cross‑functional team that values design excellence, rapid delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end‑to‑end software solutions.
• Collaborate with quality, security, and product specialists to ensure unbeatable software quality.
• Work in an agile, DevOps‑focused environment, handling CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring.
• Participate in code reviews, give and receive constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI coding assistants while critically reviewing their output.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for learning and knowledge sharing.
• Strong back‑end or front‑end expertise, willing to grow in a T‑shaped role.
• Experience with data modelling, system architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Comfortable with CI/CD tools and collaborative communication across stakeholders.
