Software Engineer (Golang)

About the role

Join Siemens Software’s data analytics team as a Software Engineer focused on Golang. You will help shape the next generation of industrial software by building scalable, high‑performance features.

Key responsibilities

• Extend and enhance features of a data‑analytics product within the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and other stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into well‑architected Golang solutions.
• Provide technical support to the product team and address customer‑facing software issues.
• Assist the technical authoring team in creating accurate product documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience with a high‑level programming language; Golang experience or strong interest is required.
• Proven ability to develop robust, enterprise‑grade code and solve logical problems.
• Clear communication skills for presenting solutions to cross‑functional teams.
