Software Engineer – Remote (Spain)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑impact backend services for secure, scalable digital financial solutions. The role is fully remote and based in Spain, allowing you to collaborate with an international engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain high‑quality backend services.
• Own software components from architecture through production monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Build secure, fault‑tolerant, and scalable solutions for large user bases.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, including microservices, cloud‑native, and distributed systems.
• Apply modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Experience with at least one programming language, preferably Python.
• Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Interest in finance, blockchain, and cloud‑based technologies.
