Solutions Architect

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Solutions Architect in Madrid who combines solid technical profiles, a mindset of continuous learning and a real customer orientation. The role involves defining architectures in domains where good practices are still being written, such as business agentics, MCP, AI governance and sovereign platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing enterprise or solution architectures in complex organisations
• Experience designing cloud-native architectures: containers (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), API-first integration, microservices and data platforms
• Hands-on design experience on at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Practical knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent) as a tool
• Ability to turn business requirements into architectural decisions and communicate them in Spanish and English to technical and executive audiences
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field

Preferred profile

• Experience designing or evaluating agent-based AI architectures (multi-agent orchestration, agent fabrics, MCP, enterprise RAG)
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Claude Agent SDK) and LLM observability stacks (LangSmith, Langfuse)
• Knowledge of Policy-as-Code (OPA/Rego) for AI governance or compliance
• Model routing (LiteLLM or similar) and GPU vs CPU inference strategies in enterprise environments
• Technology consulting, proposal/RFP preparation or client-facing roles with C-level interaction
