Spa & Gym Receptionist – Barcelona

About the role

As a Spa & Gym Receptionist at Soho House, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring every visit starts with a warm, professional welcome. You will support the smooth operation of the spa, gym, and related services while embodying the brand’s values of collaboration, simplicity, kindness, and passion.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members by name and welcome guests with a friendly, hospitable attitude.
• Maintain knowledge of standard operating procedures, menus, amenities, and coordinate laundry collection for housekeeping.
• Promote and explain the full range of spa, gym, and personal‑training services.
• Keep the reception area clean, sanitary, and safe.
• Manage member lists, spa bookings, and personal‑training class reservations.
• Address guest concerns in real time and communicate feedback to management.
• Foster positive relationships with members and guests.
• Assist in onboarding and training new hires to Soho House standards.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in a busy, high‑profile hospitality or wellness venue.
• Reliable, friendly, and able to work as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Organised, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
