Spa Receptionist at Royal Hideaway Corales Resort

About the role

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to join the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in, a pleasant stay, and a warm farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all reception tasks for spa guests from pre‑arrival to departure.
• Perform check‑in and welcome procedures and handle check‑out and farewell.
• Provide in‑person and telephone customer service throughout the stay.
• Carry out concierge duties and manage luggage storage.
• Review reservations and conduct night‑audit operations.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service and quality assurance within the hotel sector.
• High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of office software, hospitality operations, CRM tools and ISO standards is valued.
