Specialist Full-Stack Execution Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist Full-Stack Execution Engineer to join the Euro Office Performance Group (Server Development) team. The role focuses on high-volume feature delivery, legacy code transformation and rapid prototyping across our document suite.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary high-volume executor for features and bug fixes, clearing the path for Staff architects.
• Support Netcode, Rendering and Bridge pods during intensive feature sprints, unblocking technical bottlenecks.
• Refactor “black box” legacy JavaScript modules using AI-driven tools into clean, modular, performance-optimized services.
• Build end-to-end vertical slices from architectural blueprints in record time.
• Generate high-quality technical documentation for refactored code with AI assistance.
