Sr Manager AI Literacy - Clinical & Scientific Expert

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a strategic leader to support AI literacy and adoption initiatives across R&D. Working across the AI Literacy team, the role ensures a cohesive and impactful experience for R&D employees, bringing a strong clinical and scientific perspective to shape content, identify high-value use cases, engage stakeholders and drive responsible AI adoption. Key responsibilities

• Support the design, development and delivery of AI literacy and adoption initiatives across the AI Literacy team.
• Partner with R&D stakeholders so that AI literacy efforts align with business needs.
• Provide clinical and scientific input into programs, toolkits, communications, use cases and enablement resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate the accuracy, relevance and applicability of AI literacy materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement, presentations and communications that turn AI concepts into practical applications for R&D audiences.
• Help develop narratives and examples showing the opportunities and limitations of AI in R&D.
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and the consistent reuse of best practices.

Required profile

• Master's degree preferred; an advanced degree in a scientific, clinical, biomedical or technical field is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical, scientific, medical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare-related roles.
• Experience translating scientific or clinical concepts into educational, strategic or business-focused communications.
• Experience in matrixed and cross-functional organisations, and presenting to scientific, technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with AI and GenAI concepts and their application in research, clinical development or medical affairs.
• Understanding of data science, analytics or computational approaches relevant to healthcare and life sciences.
• Ability to evaluate the applicability and limitations of AI tools in scientific and clinical settings.
• Experience in therapeutic areas, clinical development, translational medicine or medical affairs is preferred.

What we offer

• Base pay range of EUR 75,000 to EUR 129,260.
• An annual bonus with a set target depending on pay grade and location, plus possible sales commissions.
