Standard, Performance & Improvement – Temporary Role

About the role

Airbus Operations in Puerto de Santa María is looking for a temporary professional to manage standardisation, performance and continuous improvement projects within the plant. You will ensure projects follow Airbus governance and deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Key responsibilities

• Control project entry, pipeline execution and closure while adhering to the LBIP+ procedure.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage scope changes and allocate resources.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, lead follow‑up meetings and act as delegate for the Project Leader.
• Perform risk analysis, support daily project management and drive change management initiatives.
• Prepare, present and archive project documentation for full stakeholder visibility.
• Lead local continuous‑improvement initiatives and support digital‑transformation roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, organisational and risk‑management capabilities in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience with Skywise data‑analysis platform.
• Familiarity with Airbus LBIP+ governance framework.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools for reporting and automation.
• Proficiency with G‑Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for reporting.
