Stock Keeper – Madrid

About the role

Etro is seeking a motivated Stock Keeper to support daily operations in its Madrid store. The role focuses on back‑of‑house activities, ensuring that stock is accurately received, stored, and prepared for the sales floor while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing product flows in the stockroom.
• Monitor and control stock packaging levels.
• Conduct daily stock counts and ensure accurate labeling.
• Maintain a tidy and clean stockroom environment.
• Store goods in correct locations to preserve quality.
• Implement product rotation during collection changeovers.
• Provide after‑sales service in line with company standards.
• Register goods in the IT system and complete transport documentation.
• Control and maintain visual merchandising (VM) materials.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of the fashion environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing company needs.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexibility and determination.
• Availability to work on shifts.
