Stock Keeper – Store Operations (Madrid)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Stock Keeper to join our Madrid store. The role focuses on back‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth product flow and adherence to our operational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing stockroom product flows.
- Monitor and control stock packaging levels.
- Conduct daily stock counts and ensure accurate labeling.
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and proper storage conditions in the stockroom.
- Guarantee correct stock locations and preserve product quality.
- Implement product rotation during collection changeovers.
- Provide after‑sales service in line with company standards.
- Register goods in the IT system and complete transport documentation.
- Control and maintain visual merchandising (VM) materials.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Interest and knowledge of the fashion environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing company needs.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to work shifts.
