About the role

Levi’s is looking for a friendly, part‑time Store Associate to join its Santiago de Compostela shop. You will work 30 hours per week, providing personalized service and helping customers find the perfect fit.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with shoppers and deliver one‑to‑one service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Handle store operations such as cash registers, fitting rooms and stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
