Store Manager – New Opening in Mallorca

About the role

As the Store Manager for LOEWE’s upcoming store in Mallorca, you will lead the launch and daily operations of a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing team, delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and develop store staff, creating individual development plans and succession pipelines.
• Organise shift coverage and ensure effective shop‑floor staffing to meet business needs.
• Lead the client‑facing experience, modelling service standards, managing client flow and building a client‑centric culture.
• Grow top‑line sales by identifying opportunities, implementing action plans and collaborating with merchandising and visual teams.
• Maintain store operations, monitor performance metrics, conduct audits and act on insights.
• Represent the LOEWE brand at local events and build relationships with internal and external partners.
