Store Staff – 30 Hours Part-Time (Levi's)

About the role

Levi's is hiring part-time store staff for a large-format Levi's store in Cadiz, Spain, working 30 hours per week. The role centres on the in-store customer experience: helping customers find their perfect fit and feel confident, while supporting store operations and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver personal, high-quality service
• Share product knowledge and styling advice
• Support store operations including tills, fitting rooms and stock management
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals while keeping the store welcoming

Required profile

• A love for helping people express themselves through style and fashion
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Curiosity, adaptability and a passion for learning and development
• Pride in delivering service that reflects the Levi's brand values
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential
