Strategic Projects Analyst (English Speaker)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Strategic Projects Analyst in Madrid. You will lead the development and execution of strategic plans with Business Development, aligning them with Fever's goals and client requirements. The role requires native-level English and works in a fast-paced international environment with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project plans for strategic projects, aligned with Fever's goals and compliance standards
• Analyze market trends with the Market Research team to support business development strategies
• Collaborate across Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, Product and Business Development
• Nurture relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and submit project documentation and maintain regular contact with stakeholders
• Tailor strategies to specific market needs and oversee the company's largest projects within scope, time and budget

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum one year in project management, audit or consulting, ideally in technology, entertainment or events
• Native-level English, written and spoken; fluency in other languages is a plus
• Analytical, organizational and communication skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach

Required skills

• Strong data analysis and trend analysis
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software
