Strategy Consultant - HR Projects

About the role

Verisure is looking for a Strategy Consultant to join the Group HR team reporting to the Deputy CHRO. This high‑impact position works at the intersection of HR, business, data, and innovation, supporting the design and execution of strategic people initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives at Group level, collaborating with multiple HR and corporate teams.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform decision‑making, structuring complex topics, assessing implications, and delivering actionable insights.
• Prepare executive‑ready materials such as presentations, summaries, and structured analyses for senior leadership and cross‑functional forums.
• Provide project management and coordination support, including planning and milestone tracking for HR transformation projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience in project management and cross‑functional coordination.
• Comfort interacting with senior stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Curiosity and rigor in tackling complex, transversal HR topics.
