Strategy Consultant - HR Projects

About the role

Verisure is looking for a Strategy Consultant to join the Group HR team reporting to the Deputy CHRO. This high‑impact position works at the intersection of HR, business, data and innovation, contributing to strategic, transversal people initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives at Group level, working closely with multiple HR and corporate teams.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision‑making, structuring complex topics, assessing implications, and generating actionable insights.
• Prepare high‑quality, executive‑ready materials such as presentations, summaries and structured analyses for senior leadership, steering groups and cross‑functional forums.
• Provide project management and coordination support, including planning, milestones and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Background in strategy consulting, HR, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment with high visibility.
