Strategy& Internship – Jan 2026 – Bilbao

About the role

PwC’s Strategy& team is looking for enthusiastic interns to join its Bilbao office in January 2026. You will support consultants in delivering strategic advice to clients across a range of industries, helping them shape growth plans, optimise operations and navigate market challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in market analysis, data gathering and benchmarking studies.
• Support the preparation of strategic presentations and client deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of business cases, financial models and feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops and client interviews to capture insights.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate with strong academic performance.
• Curious mindset, proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in strategy consulting and business performance improvement.
