Supply Chain and Quality Manager – Aerostructures (Temporary)

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a temporary Supply Chain and Quality Manager to lead the aerostructures supply chain in its Tablada facility near Sevilla. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and the highest quality standards for aerospace components.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end aerostructures supply chain, from raw‑material procurement to final delivery.
• Develop and implement quality strategies to meet technical specifications and EN 9100 requirements.
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, monitoring performance on quality and delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in continuous‑improvement projects.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and create contingency plans.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyse performance data to drive cost optimisation and process enhancements.

Required profile

• University degree (relevant field).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• High motivation to lead complex projects.
• Fluent Spanish and English at negotiation level.
