Supply Chain Director, CEE & Trade

About the role

The Supply Chain Director, CEE & Trade will lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations across a strategically critical region of Central and Eastern Europe and Trade markets for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company. The role is a core member of the regional leadership team, translating business strategy into actionable supply chain plans and ensuring reliable delivery to end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the full supply chain lifecycle from demand shaping and asset strategy to customer delivery and service execution across multiple markets.
• Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders, covering asset installation, utilization, customer service, order fulfilment and delivery execution.
• Ensure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse operating models.
• Partner closely with Commercial Leaders and market leadership to understand business strategy, growth drivers and market‑specific priorities.
• Play a critical role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) by delivering insights on demand signals, capacity constraints and risk/opportunity trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in end‑to‑end supply chain management within a complex, multi‑country environment.
• Strong ability to translate commercial ambition into executable supply chain plans.
• Experience influencing integrated business planning processes and driving cost‑to‑serve improvements.
