Supply Chain Planner (with MRP)

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner with strong MRP expertise to build and standardise planning, forecasting and material management processes for a fast‑growing international beauty brand. The first 12 months focus on establishing robust MRP capabilities, after which the role will evolve into a Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Design and standardise planning and forecasting processes, parameters and governance.
• Develop inventory and replenishment strategies, including safety stock calculations.
• Support implementation and stabilisation of SAP MRP, defining master data, planning logic and process standards.
• Improve visibility of inventories and material flows across external manufacturing sites.
• Assist capacity planning, supply‑risk management and drive supplier collaboration with packaging, raw‑material and contract manufacturers.
• After 12‑18 months, identify bottlenecks, optimise MRP parameters and support broader Process Excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in supply or materials planning.
• Strong expertise in MRP dynamics within standard ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Solid understanding of planning and forecasting logic, lead times and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills, especially pivot tables.
• Experience working with outsourced manufacturing environments.
• Fluent Spanish (C1) and proficient English (B2+).
