Supply Manager – LTA In‑Service Support & MRO

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Supply Manager to lead the LTA In‑Service Support and MRO supply chain. The role will be part of the Services Supply Chain team in the Air Power Services area, ensuring that spare parts and services reach customers without operational impact.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for suppliers, handling operational activities, contract execution and representing suppliers internally.
• Manage material flows to guarantee timely, quality‑controlled and cost‑effective delivery of outsourced and purchased products.
• Control supplier performance, maintain a clear view of their overall situation and scope.
• Handle demand management, ordering and missing‑parts recovery plans with suppliers.
• Coordinate IPLs and support activities across the supply chain and relevant stakeholders.
• Support MRO, retrofit and other in‑service task forces as required.
• Develop improvement plans to secure delivery in line with contracts and provide consolidated forecasts to suppliers.
• Manage non‑conformance containment and assist SCQM with root‑cause analysis.
• Perform export‑control activities, including licence signing and classification declarations.
• Oversee invoice processing to ensure timely supplier payments.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or export control; aviation aftermarket or services experience is a plus.
• Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Office and Google Suite.
• English at negotiation level and Spanish at advanced level.
• Strong communication, risk‑assessment and teamwork abilities.
• High motivation and a proactive mindset.
