Supply Manager – Raw Materials & Standard Parts (Temp)

About the role

Airbus Defence & Space is seeking a Supply Manager for raw material and standard parts at its Tablada site in Sevilla. The position is temporary, hired through an agency, and focuses on guaranteeing on‑time, on‑quality deliveries from suppliers while supporting production and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, ensuring on‑time and on‑quality deliveries.
• Monitor supply‑chain deviations, lead recovery plans and implement containment actions.
• Identify and drive process‑optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimise stock levels.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Programme teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Support vendor relationships, assist in contract negotiations and monitor service levels.
• Analyse performance metrics (KPIs) to spot trends and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering.
• C1 level in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team spirit and excellent collaboration skills.
• Valid driving licence.
