Supply Planner EMEA - Electronics & Power
brunswick · Alicante
Job description
About the role
Brunswick, a global marine leader, is looking for a Supply Planner for EMEA (Electronics & Power / Performance) based in Alicante, Spain, working in a hybrid setting. You will own end-to-end supply planning and execution across a complex EMEA product portfolio, turning demand and planning signals into executable supply plans while ensuring product availability, mitigating supply risks and optimising inventory across the global network.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and run EMEA supply, replenishment and purchase-order plans using forecasts, sales orders, inventory targets, lead times and o9 recommendations.
- Manage the full PO lifecycle with third-party suppliers and intercompany hubs, including order placement, confirmations, ETAs, changes and system accuracy.
- Review open order books, spot delays, shortages and future supply risks and drive mitigation before customers are affected.
- Manage supplier communication, expediting, capacity constraints and escalations, including allocation requests and alternative supply solutions.
- Balance stock across hubs to protect availability, revenue and inventory targets.
- Coordinate inbound supply with internal logistics teams and resolve goods-receipt, shipment, documentation and warehouse discrepancies.
- Provide availability, lead-time and supply-risk visibility to Sales, Sales & Operations and other stakeholders.
- Support NPI, EOL and product-lifecycle planning, inventory management, annual price updates, supplier declarations, Control Tower activities and ad-hoc supply chain projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory, replenishment, purchasing or a comparable supply-chain function.
- Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, purchasing, supplier management and logistics.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills
- ERP and supply-planning systems; strong Excel and analytical capabilities.
- Preferred: o9, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable ERP and advanced planning platforms.
- Preferred: experience in a high-value electronics, marine or technology environment, in a global or matrix organisation, and in improving planning processes and KPIs.
What we offer
- Pay range of 34,000 to 47,300 EUR per year, with an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits.
- Pension plan with a generous employer contribution.
- Commuting allowance or partially employer-funded bicycle lease.
- Canteen facilities and lunch provided at the office.
