Systems Manufacturing Engineer – A400M Final Assembly Line (Temp)

About the role

Systems Engineer within the A400M Manufacturing Engineering department, covering all test phases during the Final Assembly Line, Flight Line and delivery in Seville. This position gives you direct contact with the A400M product and the opportunity to learn how it is assembled, tested and operated.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in every step of A400M assembly from the start of the Final Assembly Line to customer delivery.
• Develop, co‑design, implement and support ground‑test procedures and processes to meet Engineering, Quality and HSE requirements.
• Provide shop‑floor support during ground testing and specify requirements for test means and tools.
• Deliver technical test instructions and troubleshoot issues found on the assembly line or during aircraft operation.
• Collaborate with multifunctional station teams, acting as the technical reference for test documentation.

Required profile

• Aeronautical Engineering degree (MSc is a plus).
• At least one year of experience in the A400M program or ME community (preferred).
• Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, structured and able to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
