Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

SHA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to design, coordinate, and execute the global talent attraction strategy for the AB Living Group. This senior position bridges global strategy with local implementation across clinics in Spain, Mexico, and future markets, ensuring a consistent candidate experience aligned with the Group’s hospitality philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a global Talent Acquisition strategy that supports the Group’s growth and international expansion.
• Coordinate and support Heads of Talent Acquisition at clinics in Spain, Mexico, and upcoming locations.
• Lead talent attraction projects linked to new openings and market expansion.
• Manage strategic selection processes for key positions and develop employer branding initiatives.
• Implement global selection standards, analyze recruitment KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
• Oversee ATS tools, optimize selection workflows, and collaborate with business leaders to anticipate talent needs.
• Ensure a candidate experience that reflects the Group’s hospitality standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting, preferably in international settings.
• Proven experience coordinating complex selection or expansion projects.
• Background in hospitality, luxury, wellness, healthcare, or premium services is desirable.
