Talent Researcher – Remote (India)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Researcher to proactively identify and engage top talent across global markets. This fully remote position supports high‑impact hiring needs for senior and hard‑to‑fill roles, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for senior and niche positions using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and talent mapping.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform strategic hiring.
• Utilize Boolean, X‑Ray, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Craft tailored outreach messages to improve response rates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition in an international context.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• High level of curiosity, persistence, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
