About the role

Alsa is launching the #Impulsa Talent Program for young professionals who are completing a dual vocational training (FP) in Mechanical or Electromechanical fields. The program offers up to nine months of hands‑on experience contributing to the future of sustainable mobility across multiple locations in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects that redesign and improve Alsa’s transport services.
• Apply mechanical and electromechanical knowledge to real‑world maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Take on real responsibilities from the first week of the program.

Required profile

• Final year student of a dual FP program in Mechanical or Electromechanical engineering.
• English proficiency at level B2.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in dynamic settings.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Electromechanical systems knowledge.
