Tax Manager – EMEA

About the role

Fever is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead its EMEA tax function. You will work closely with the Head of Tax and finance teams to ensure compliance, optimise tax structures, and support the company’s rapid growth across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing tax team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Own and manage the comprehensive tax calendar for both direct and indirect taxes across all relevant EMEA jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and review indirect and direct tax compliance processes.
• Research and analyse specific tax matters, providing tailored advice and identifying risks and planning opportunities.
• Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage appropriate tax provisioning.
• Collaborate with third‑party service providers and local finance teams.
• Support all indirect and direct tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Prepare applications for tax rulings, incentives and exemptions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax compliance and strategy within a global, high‑growth environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a tax team.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
