Team Lead – Gym Operations

About the role

The Team Lead supports the Club Manager in overseeing daily gym operations, ensuring a positive experience for members and a well‑run environment for staff. This full‑time, on‑site role combines front‑desk duties with staff development and operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in training, coaching, and developing gym staff.
• Provide front‑desk support: answer calls, greet members, handle check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, and update member accounts.
• Give tours to prospective members and promote gym services.
• Help resolve member service issues and ensure high‑quality customer interactions.
• Support the Club Manager with team management, scheduling, and backup duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, ensuring staff are aware of current promotions.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and track related reports.

Required profile

• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lb as needed.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
