Teamleader Program Controlling & H145M Controller

About the role

The Teamleader Program Controlling & H145M Controller will manage program controlling processes for Airbus Helicopters' major programs (NH90, Tiger, Commercial) and act as the controller for the H145M. Reporting to HO Programs & S&S Controlling, the role serves as the main finance interface for programs in Spain and across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and control contracts, assess profitability, risk, and contingency from business case to contract closing.
• Build, discuss and validate operating plans (OP) and forecasts (FC), ensuring consistency and financial compliance.
• Monitor monthly results, financial performance, and provide reporting, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions to program stakeholders.
• Lead the program controlling team, oversee contract administration, month‑end and year‑end closing, and ensure audit documentation.
• Support bid costing, pricing strategy, and business case development, including risk assessment and mitigation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in controlling.
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Strong analytical, project management and team‑leadership skills.
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
