Tech Recruiter (6-month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Recruiter on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support a fast‑paced, fully remote, global talent acquisition function. Based in Spain, you will partner with hiring managers to attract top Product, Engineering and Design talent for a high‑growth organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, focusing on Product, Engineering and Design roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to define hiring strategies and workforce needs.
• Maintain high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Handle high‑volume pipelines, screen candidates, and deliver diverse shortlists.
• Continuously improve recruitment efficiency, reducing time‑to‑hire and optimising workflows.
• Track, analyse and report hiring metrics to support data‑driven decisions.
• Work with Talent Sourcers to build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Champion remote work culture and company values during the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle tech recruitment experience in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up.
• Successful track record hiring Engineering, Product and/or Design roles at scale.
• Ability to manage high‑volume recruitment while ensuring quality and candidate experience.
• Strong communication skills in English within a global, distributed environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple requisitions.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with commitment to diversity, inclusion and fair hiring practices.

Required skills

• Experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, GoodTime and BrightHire.
