Technical Account Manager – Bilingual English/French

About the role

As a Technical Account Manager based in Málaga, you will act as the trusted advisor for strategic customers, helping them translate the capabilities of Avature’s highly configurable platform into measurable business outcomes. You will combine deep technical knowledge with commercial insight to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers and develop success plans aligned with their business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end change‑request projects, coordinating requirements, internal teams, and delivery assurance.
• Conduct strategic alignment sessions, roadmap briefings, and value reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Analyze platform usage and health metrics to identify adoption trends, risk signals, and upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Partner with the Renewals team to ensure smooth contract execution and mutually beneficial terms.
• Continuously update knowledge of Avature’s evolving platform, including AI features and new releases.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives.
• Independent, self‑motivated, and capable of leading complex projects in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical users and senior C‑level stakeholders.

Required skills
