Technical Data Product Engineer

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Technical Data Product Engineer to join its team in Getafe, Madrid. You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining maintenance information data for aircraft fleets, supporting digitalisation initiatives and ensuring data integrity for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and promote digitalisation projects for reference data (RefData) business evolution.
• Define IT requirements and manage the Logistic Data Integration team (sub‑contractor).
• Collect, compile, integrate, validate and deliver configuration and industrial reference data for customer maintenance and mission systems.
• Ensure integrity and consistency of Airbus Defence & Space ILS product data in logistic databases.
• Support customers on‑site with loading reference data into MIS, data migrations and data health checks.
• Generate reports, KPIs and resolve technical queries from customers (e.g., A400M reference data).

Required profile

• Strong commitment to customers and business objectives.

• High degree of credibility, independence, integrity and confidentiality.
• Proactive, dynamic and curious mindset, eager to learn and improve.
• Negotiation‑level English; French is a plus.
