Technical Innovation & Supply Chain Internship

About the role

This 12‑month internship within Coca‑Cola’s Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC) function offers hands‑on experience in improving supply‑chain efficiency, supporting product innovation and integrating new technologies. You will work in a global, sustainability‑focused environment while building a professional network across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes from production to delivery.
• Support the rollout of new technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyse production and logistics data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to product‑innovation and packaging‑sustainability projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at boosting supply‑chain performance.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Legal right to work in Italy (no visa sponsorship) and able to start on 1 October 2026.
• Available for 37.5 hours per week for a 12‑month period.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about Coca‑Cola’s brands, values and sustainability goals.
• Inclusive, team‑oriented and capable of building relationships.
• Basic understanding of supply‑chain principles and logistics.
