Technical Project Manager – Aerospace/UAV/Space

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead innovative engineering and industrialisation projects across the Aerospace, Drone/UAV, and Space sectors. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex programmes from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, logistics and flight‑operations teams for seamless execution.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Oversee testing, validation, qualification and corrective‑action implementation.
• Act as the technical interface for clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
• Support proposal and tender activities with technical input and cost estimation.
• Drive continuous improvement of production workflows and industrialisation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical project, program or industrialisation management within a high‑tech engineering environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex aerospace, UAV or space programmes.
• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or Project Management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, testing, logistics and industrialisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven setting.
