Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join a fast‑moving technology environment in Spain. You will act as the hub between engineering, product, business teams and external partners, ensuring complex technical projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of platform initiatives, integrations and partner onboarding projects.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Drive daily progress by removing blockers, facilitating decisions and keeping multiple workstreams aligned.
• Organise cross‑functional meetings to review status, address challenges and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Serve as the central communication point, providing clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Establish project governance, control changes and ensure accountability throughout delivery.
• Translate business requirements into structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Identify and implement improvements to project management processes and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead in a software development or technology setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end technical projects with multiple teams and complex dependencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships at all organisational levels.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time‑management capabilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Confident facilitator and influencer, comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
