Technical Sales Enablement Specialist (German Speaker)
FeverUp · Madrid
Job description
About the role
Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Technical Sales Enablement Specialist in Madrid. The role sits at the intersection of commercial performance and product expertise within Business Development: leading tailored product demonstrations for enterprise and strategic opportunities, enabling BD teams with deep product knowledge and translating platform capabilities into partner value. Native-level English and German are required.
Key responsibilities
- Lead standard and mid-complexity product demos independently, adapted to each partner's vertical (Sports, Museums, Heritage, Hospitality) and business needs, and manage demo requests across BD and Product
- Own the demo engine end-to-end: trackers, sandbox environments, templates and recorded demo libraries, applying qualification criteria to requests
- Contribute to onboarding and training for BD teams, support office hours and coaching, and keep enablement materials up to date
- Act as product expert for BD, supporting live deals, RFPs and narrative development, and turn partner feedback into insights for Product priorities
- Keep competitor battlecards and comparison guides current, and monitor competitive activity
- Work with Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, Product and Business Development, and coordinate with the Strategic Projects team on RFPs
- Build relationships with key external partners and support senior colleagues with complex stakeholder ecosystems
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum one year in presales, product demonstrations, solution consulting or a client-facing role in technology, entertainment or events
- Strong ability to learn and explain complex platform capabilities, and comfort with SaaS products, ticketing systems or marketplace platforms
- Analytical skills to review demo performance, conversion rates and win/loss outcomes
- Excellent organisation, clear communication and confident handling of live Q&A
- Fluent English (native or bilingual); fluency in other languages is a plus
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, demo platforms and project management software
- Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and solve problems quickly
What we offer
- Attractive compensation with room to grow, plus flexible remuneration (meals, transport, training, nursery support) and tax support
- 40% discount on Fever events and a free Candlelight voucher
- Private health and dental insurance with Cigna, Wellhub gym membership and language learning support
- Hybrid work with a central Madrid office
