Technical Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join an international industrial group that provides high‑performance technical solutions for construction and civil engineering. Based in the Barcelona area, you will combine commercial development with technical expertise to grow the business in your region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand an existing client portfolio (contractors, distributors).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals and projects.
• Support projects from early stages through to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering firms and consultants to prescribe technical solutions.
• Promote products upstream in project development and position them in specifications and tenders.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating orders, deliveries and claims.
• Conduct regular visits to clients, construction sites and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales within construction materials, waterproofing, roofing or civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of project‑based environments.
• Ability to combine commercial drive with technical credibility.
• Autonomous, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent relationship and communication skills.
