Technical SEO Lead

About the role

Hostinger is looking for a senior Technical SEO Lead to own and scale the organic foundation of its multilingual, high‑traffic web properties. You will work closely with product, engineering and content teams to ensure the site is crawl‑friendly, fast, and ready for emerging AI‑driven discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Run continuous technical SEO audits across a large, multilingual site and own end‑to‑end fixes.
• Lead pre‑ and post‑migration audits for domain moves, re‑platforming, URL restructures and CMS changes.
• Investigate traffic drops, ranking shifts and crawl issues, resolving them before they impact performance.
• Build and prioritize a technical SEO roadmap aligned with product and engineering cycles.
• Integrate SEO quality checks into staging and launch workflows to prevent regressions.
• Develop and maintain automation for indexability monitoring, sitemap validation, hreflang checks and redirect monitoring.
• Prepare business cases for technical SEO projects, quantifying impact and effort.
• Ensure technical readiness for AI‑powered discovery, including structured data and AI bot crawlability.

Required profile

• Senior individual contributor with strong cross‑functional influence.
• Comfortable working in staging environments and presenting roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical improvements into measurable business outcomes.
