Technical Service Technician (Medical Devices)

About the role

INDIBA is seeking a Technical Service Technician to join its Technical Service Team. You will be responsible for repairing, calibrating, and performing technical checks on INDIBA’s RF medical devices, supporting customers both remotely and on‑site across national and international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Repair INDIBA products in the workshop and, when required, travel to customer sites for on‑site resolutions.
• Provide telephone support for technical inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Perform calibrations, functional tests, and electronic safety tests according to EN 60.601‑1 and EN 60.335‑1 standards.
• Issue certificates of functional conformity and electrical safety for repaired equipment.
• Deliver technical training to distributors or independent service teams worldwide.
• Order necessary spare parts and submit regular reports on recurring or unusual issues.

Required profile

• Vocational training in electronics.
• At least 4 years of experience with laser medical devices.
• At least 2 years of experience with electronic devices.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Required skills

• Electronics repair and troubleshooting.
• Calibration and functional testing of medical equipment.
• Knowledge of EN 60.601‑1 (electromedical equipment) and EN 60.335‑1 (household appliances) safety standards.
• Issuing certificates of functional conformity and electrical safety.
• Technical training delivery.
