Technical Services Officer – Hotel Occidental Mar Menor

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Services Officer to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of all installations and equipment at Hotel Occidental Mar Menor in Murcia. The role supports the hotel’s operational excellence by performing preventive and corrective maintenance and guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and verify the correct operation of all hotel installations, machinery and pool facilities.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and promptly address corrective issues.
• Ensure maintenance activities are performed according to company quality standards and the directives of the supervisor.
• Maintain records of maintenance actions and report any irregularities.

Required profile

• Medium-level vocational training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio Mantenimiento).
• At least 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within a hotel environment.
• Valid driving licence (category B) and own vehicle.
• Strong teamwork, communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Preventive maintenance of hotel equipment.
• Corrective maintenance of installations and machinery.
• Legionella control and pool maintenance (preferred).
