Technical Support Engineer – Facilities & Maintenance

About the role

Join Klüber Lubrication, a global leader in specialty lubrication, as a Technical Support Engineer. You will provide engineering support for maintenance, safety, and facility optimisation, working in a hybrid environment at our Parets del Vallès site.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execution of facility projects.
• Provide corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance support to the Engineering Department.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and coordinate statutory inspections.
• Support the Maintenance Department and define, monitor, and follow‑up objectives.
• Assist the HSE Manager with safety, health and environmental compliance.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Drive process optimisation and improvement of production facilities.
• Update technical drawings and documentation.
• Monitor investments, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.

Required profile

• Technical Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong command of technical English (mandatory) and German (a plus).
• Knowledge of safety, health and environmental legislation.
• Experience with construction, machinery and electrical equipment maintenance.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (technical drawing).
• SAP (basic knowledge).
• PLC programming/knowledge.
• User‑level IT skills.
• Technical English proficiency.
