Territory Sales Manager – Spain

About the role

X-LAB, the performance bicycle line of XDS, is launching globally and needs a hands‑on Territory Sales Manager to build its presence in Spain. This field‑based role focuses on opening new dealer accounts and getting X‑LAB bikes onto shop floors across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Build X‑LAB’s presence across your territory by regularly visiting independent bicycle dealers.
• Prospect for and open new dealer accounts through planned outreach, referrals, industry relationships, and in‑person cold visits.
• Manage the sales process from the first conversation through account setup and initial order.
• Grow productive relationships with new and existing dealers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relationship‑based sales experience, preferably selling to small and midsize businesses.
• Comfort and flexibility with traveling up to four days per week in the field.
• Strong territory planning, organization, CRM, and follow‑up skills.
• Interest in cycling, sporting goods, specialty retail, or performance products preferred; bicycle‑industry experience a plus.
• Fluent in English and local languages.
