Test Support System Integrator (Military Derivatives)

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Test Support System Integrator to join its Military Derivatives team in Getafe, Madrid. You will support test‑means stakeholders, ensure safe operation of test equipment, and develop test solutions for laboratory and mission systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, configure and maintain test means for system, sub‑system and component validation.
• Perform failure investigations, problem solving and UUT handling.
• Develop and deliver test‑solution systems, including code/decode COMMS protocols and rig stimulations.
• Support subsystem and system integration testing, qualification and certification activities.
• Integrate, verify and validate laboratory test means before delivery to the customer.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace).
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience.
• High adaptability to new topics and strong teamwork orientation.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C++ development.
• Experience with Qt cross‑platform framework.
• Solid background in software testing and integration of rig software.
