Tourism Animator – Costa Ballena

About the role

Barcelo is looking for a dynamic Tourism Animator to join the Costa Ballena resort team in Cádiz. You will create and lead entertainment activities that enhance guest experiences and reflect the brand’s commitment to quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify guest demand patterns and preferences in the resort area.
• Plan and schedule daily entertainment activities, including timing and program details.
• Determine and allocate the necessary material, technical, and human resources for each activity.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Tourism Animation.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar animation role within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in English and either French or German.
• Additional knowledge in technical animation studies, arts, or physical education is valued.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and body‑expression abilities.
• Initiative, creativity, planning and organizational skills, and an energetic, friendly demeanor.
