Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

Exoticca is looking for a proactive Trade Marketing Specialist to act as the operational bridge between Business Development, external B2B partners, and internal creative teams. This role focuses on executing partner campaigns, managing account requests, and ensuring seamless project delivery across key channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key external B2B partners regarding marketing execution.
• Coordinate and implement marketing actions between different B2B partners, aligning activations with account goals and timelines.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Design and Copywriting to translate partner briefs into actionable campaigns.
• Support the execution of tailored marketing projects and co‑op campaigns in selected partner accounts.
• Track schedules, manage workflows, and guarantee timely delivery of assets across all accounts.
• Manage the uploading process for marketing materials on partner platforms and update partner intranets.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and maintain clear operational alignment.
• Strong project‑management and multitasking abilities; able to work independently and meet delivery timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable navigating partner CMS portals, intranets, and standard digital work tools.
• Solid understanding of partner account needs, channel‑marketing tactics, and B2B co‑marketing workflows.
• Creative problem‑solver with a hands‑on approach to resolving campaign challenges.
