Training & Implementation Specialist – Catalonia & Aragon

About the role
DentalMonitoring is seeking a Training & Implementation Specialist to guide dental practices in Catalonia and Aragon through modern, AI‑powered workflows. You will leverage your clinical background to onboard offices, train teams, and ensure successful adoption of the DentalMonitoring platform.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and design custom workflows for each dental office.
- Train clinicians and dental teams on the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions.
- Nurture existing customers to maximize the benefits of AI technology and dashboards.
- Build strong relationships that encourage brand advocacy and continued product use.
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform.
- Support and attend local trade shows.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to deliver optimal onboarding experiences.
- Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing any hesitations.
- Travel up to 60% of the time for in‑person training and implementation.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in dentistry or orthodontics, or an equivalent degree.
- Consultative, solution‑based sales approach with proven training and implementation experience.
- Strong ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High IT literacy and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
- Diplomatic communication style with active listening and empathy.
- Ability to influence clients and challenge existing practices.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, results‑driven, independent, and curious mindset.
- Native Spanish speaker with advanced written and spoken English.
