Translation Project Coordinator (Barcelona)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Translation Project Coordinator to join our Barcelona office. In this role you will manage end‑to‑end language projects, ensuring timely delivery and linguistic quality for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full life‑cycle of assigned translation projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interpret and follow detailed project instructions and specifications.
• Collaborate with sales teams to clarify project parameters and expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with contract translators, proofreaders and external vendors worldwide.
• Negotiate terms with vendors and coordinate quality checks to guarantee linguistic perfection.
• Communicate any issues promptly and keep sales staff informed of project status.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in customer service, project coordination or project management.
• Effective time‑management and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
